This renovation addressed significant water damage in a mobile home, transforming the kitchen and laundry area. The project involved repairing the subfloor, replacing insulation, and removing a dividing wall. The kitchen received a complete overhaul, including new cabinets, countertops, appliances, and flooring. The outdated oven was removed, creating space for increased counter space, an under-counter beverage fridge, and additional upper cabinets. The laundry area also received new cabinets and flooring. This project not only resolved the water damage but also significantly enhanced the functionality, aesthetics, and overall value of the mobile home.
