Garage Renovation: A Modernized and Functional Space

This garage renovation project transformed a cluttered and underutilized space into a bright, functional, well organized and aesthetically pleasing space. This new laundry area is now a fully functional space, complete with stylish tile flooring, new appliances, and a seamless transition to the main home. A durable epoxy coating was applied to the garage floor, creating a sleek and protective surface. Access to new overhead storage was created by installing a new attic ladder, which can be easily concealed when not in use. Finally, the exterior was updated with seamlessly blended wood siding and a custom paint match, creating a cohesive and polished look. This renovation successfully modernized the garage, enhancing both its functionality and overall appeal.
